Mw2 best tar 21 nuke class?

Hey guys I've been using the tar 21 for some time and I really love it and I think it's the best overall gun in the game. Ive used silencer and I really enjoy using this gun. But, I haven't been so successful in getting nukes with it. Can you guys please run me down a good tar 21 nuke class? Or another good nuking class? Thnx guys
