Should i install new pulsar 220 parts in old pulsar 150 ?

Actually i have old pulsar 150 2006 model &i want to modify my bike in to new pulsar 220 but my bike is very heavy ....weight is 143kg ,so i want to install pulsar 220 fairing,silencer,tyre .if i install this parts then bike will more weight than before(143 kg) or not ??????? plzzzzzzzz suggest me guys......
