I think that the only possible way to make it extremely noticeable is if you bleach the tips of your hair. I know it's bad for the health of your hair, but you can always buy different hair coloured fudge from hair shops, it's like pink, purple, blue, red and all these different coloured hair things in a tube and you just put it on your hair and it becomes that colour until it washes off so you can have different coloured tips.
