Food and exercise advice? slender body? ?
Try to eat a small breakfast like some fruit or maybe a smoothie before practice and then try to constantly snack on small things throughout the day in between your larger meals. Mostly just try to eat healthy snacks and don't overeat even right after you've worked out. If you want to get toned try to do stuff with strength cords and not necessarily weights. Also, if you want to work mostly on your legs try some plyometrics stuff because it's a whole body workout, but targets your entire lower body. Hope this helps!!!
