Car finance question!?

i am due to give my car back soon, and been told i have to take it to a car garage for inspection, theres a chunk of the plastic on the wing mirror off where and old lady hit my car, i cant afford to replace the full wing mirror, so whats the likely hood they will decline taking the car back? also the silencer was cut out of the car, the garage i took car to did it after i got a new exhaust put on, but i quiet liked the loudness so did question it, so will this effect it as well? cheers
