Black exhaust oil coming out of my exhaust port on my 2009 ktm 125 sx?

I just bought a 2009 ktm 125 sx brand new! I have some 2 stroke oil (black oil) coming out of the exhaust PORT... and on my 105 i had it coming out of the silencer but on my 125 a little bit will be coated around the outside of where the pipe fits into the engine/cylinder.... its not much oil but its there... I am mixing spectro fully synthetic 2 stroke oil 40:1 which is what my manuel says.... Is that the right mix and also is that a problem that there is a little bit of oil around the edge of the port??
