Best sniper class for blackops?

ok i need help in creating my sniper class in blackops i play hardcore so snipers are prettymuch 1 hit kils i just need a good setup what guns and atachments i would like to have gohst pro and a silencer on my primary weapon i am curently using the wa2000 wich i like very much i dont need scout cause i mainly drag scope i just would like to know what weapons and setups you guys would suggest
