How do I transfer music, apps, photos, etc from my iPod Touch 2nd Gen. to a brand new iPod Touch 4th Gen.?

I have had the 2nd generation iPod Touch ever since it came out and was the latest and greatest thing on the market. But I recently purchased the newest iPod Touch 4th generation and would like to know how to transfer all of the content - music, apps, photos, videos, etc. - from the old iPod to the new one. How do you go about doing that? Preferably, I would like to know how to do it using iTunes if it is possible. If not, what computer program do you use if the transfer is even possible?
