Well at 1st I thought it was Amy's child until she revealed she wasn't really pregnant and the child regenerated....but yeah I think it could possibly be River Song! I mean she, the doctor and the TARDIS can regenerate so the child must be alien....and the way Amy was saying she told HIM she was pregnant and not Rory was very fishy indeed....unless as you say the doctor COULD be the father of the young girl :)
